Turn happy customers into Google reviews in 60 seconds
ReviewNote is a QR code for your counter or table. Customers scan, tap a few buttons, and AI writes their review for them. No app, no account, no blank page.
The problem isn't willingness. It's the blank page.
Happy customers rarely refuse to leave a review — they just don't know what to write, so they close the app. Remove the writing, and reviews flow.
- 93%
- of customers read reviews before choosing a local business
- 2–5%
- review conversion from email and SMS follow-up campaigns
- “Later”
- is the most common answer when you ask — and later never comes
Set it up once. Then do nothing.
Print your QR code
Choose the rating aspects and highlights that fit your business, then print your unique QR code for tables, the counter, or receipts. Setup takes about 10 minutes.
Customers scan and tap
They rate their experience, tap the highlights, and pick one of three AI-written reviews.
Reviews flow in
Watch new reviews, category ratings, and highlight trends on your dashboard. Nothing for staff to do.
What your customer sees
The whole flow takes under a minute — shorter than waiting for a coffee.
Scan
The QR code opens a web page instantly — no app, no login.
Rate & tap highlights
A few stars and chips describe their real experience.
Pick an AI-written review
Three options — detailed, short & punchy, or warm & personal.
Paste on Google
One tap copies the text and opens your Google profile. They paste and post.
Why owners keep the QR code on the table
Right-moment capture
The review happens on-site, at peak satisfaction. No follow-up email has ever matched in-person timing.
No more blank page
AI writes three review options from your customer's actual ratings and highlights. They just pick one.
Genuine, specific reviews
Reviews reference real ratings and chosen highlights — specific and credible, not generic platitudes.
Zero friction for customers
No app, no account, no typing. Under 60 seconds on any smartphone browser.
Nothing for staff to do
Print the QR code once and it runs itself. No training, no awkward asks.
Works for any business
Rating categories and highlight chips are fully configurable — cafés, spas, clinics, workshops.
Your dashboard sees it all
Every scan feeds your owner dashboard — review activity, category ratings, and the things customers loved, or didn't.
- Ratings by category
- Average stars for every aspect you track — spot a Service dip before it becomes a pattern.
- Highlight trends
- See which highlights customers tap most, so you know exactly what to double down on.
- Private feedback
- Low ratings skip Google entirely — the customer's feedback lands here, visible only to you.
- Your QR code
- Download and reprint your QR code anytime, straight from the dashboard.

Amazing coffee and the cosiest corner in town. The staff remembered my order — will be back.
Built for face-to-face businesses
Rating categories and highlights adapt to your business — a café rates Food and Service, a spa rates Treatment and Cleanliness.
Questions owners ask
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. ReviewNote never posts on a customer's behalf and never offers rewards. The customer rates their real experience, picks highlights, chooses one of the suggested texts, can edit it freely, and posts it themselves from their own Google account.
Is it really free?
Yes — ReviewNote is completely free during early access: QR code, review flow, and dashboard included. If paid plans are introduced later, early businesses will be told well in advance.
Do my customers need an app or account?
No. The QR code opens a normal web page in their phone browser. No download, no sign-up, no personal data required. The whole flow takes under 60 seconds.
Can I customise the rating aspects and highlights?
Yes — everything is configurable per business. You choose the aspects customers rate (Food, Service, Ambiance for a café; Treatment, Cleanliness, Staff for a spa) and the highlight chips they can tap. The AI uses your setup to write reviews that sound like your business.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. You get a unique QR code, print it, and place it on tables, the counter, or receipts. There is nothing for your staff to learn or do.
What if a customer had a bad experience?
If a customer rates below your configured threshold (under 2 stars by default), ReviewNote doesn't send them to Google. Instead, their feedback is stored privately on your dashboard so you can fix the issue and win them back. You choose the threshold per business.
